Hot rolled steel sheets and cold rolled sheetare two primary methods of manufacturing sheet pile. Cold formed sheet pile are cost effective and more readily available. Steel pilings are a zero-waste product: after extraction, they can be 100% recycled.

Hot rolled steel products such as Hot Rolled Steel Sheet are produced when the steel is heated about 1700 degrees Fahrenheit i.e. beyond the point of its recrystallization, hence it makes the steel very malleable.  At such high temperature, the steel can be shaped and formed into wide range of products that are used across various types of industries.
